Christmas

We got to spend a few minutes with GG last week while GGpa ran a last minute errand. The kiddos loved every second. Jamie loved to show GG how fast his cars would go on the hard floor. She would lean forward to watch them as they disappeared around the desk. She hasn't leaned forward voluntarily in a long while. WOOHOO!!!

Miss B loves her GG. She is with GG every second she can.

GG and GGpa came over for Christmas dinner.
FYI, the slippy cup is Grandma's to keep the dribbles to a minimum.

The Hospice Doctor came out and performed his evaluation. Grandma is doing well and has stopping her rapid decline and may graduate from hospice in February. This just means she doesn't qualify for hospice at that time but to keep them on speed dial when her next decline comes. If that time comes, we will take an alternative care approach and look to other resources for the care that hospice was providing.

Let it snow...

We had lots of snow here in southern Utah.

It's been a week and is still beautiful.
And it's still cold.

Lucky for us, Bobbette is staying inside, comfy cozy.
She is still doing well, no changes since Thanksgiving.

Stay warm and cozy this Winter Season.

Grandma and Grandpa  Thanksgiving morning.
Grandma is awake and refreshed from her nap. She had a good weekend with lots of visits from family.

Tina (granddaughter) and her family came for a visit.

Jonathan (grandson) and his family

Travis (grandson) and his family

Sheri (granddaughter) and her family

Bonnie (daughter) and her girls: Ciarra, Cheyenne, and Autumn (seen left to right) were also able to come up from Vegas.
I know Grandma really enjoyed this visit. She was able to meet her newest Great-Granddaughter, Ciarra's baby Briella.

Mark (son) and Robin were able to stay the whole weekend.
They were a great help. Thank you for coming. Your visits are always welcomed.

Grandpa, or GGpa as the great-grandchildren call him, is famous for his "beans."

Jamie, his great-grandson, is always asking his GGpa for beans.
He got to help GGpa fills lots of bags of beans for all of his cousins.

And they were all very grateful.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!
